I am just going to keep posting that the TX governor recently pardoned a political murderer.
The dude texted "I'm going to shoot protestors", then went and shot a Black Lives Matter protester. He was convicted in a jury trial.
Hard to find a more blatant example of celebrating political violence.

BREAKING: One of three teenagers shot near Evergreen High School has died, a St. Anthony Hospital spokesperson said. They did not say which of the three injured students, which included the alleged shooter, died.

Brought home a new baby today. Meet Sir Murphy Charleston Peach III. His previous owners left him outside on the hot sidewalk and he has burns all over his body. He’s malnourished as well. But he’s with us now and we’re going to make sure he gets all better.

My more optimistic take on the whole “did the protests do anything” debate is that here is value to showing you are not alone and that a massive number of people are willing to come out and be public even in very far right areas.
Organization takes time and a diversity of tactics is a positive.
