One of my favourite birds to capture, I just love that tiny black mask, the yellow feathers are pigmented but the blue is just created by the way light reacts with the feathers & how our eyes perceive colour.

Dinocember Day 10: Mononykus
A pair of Mononykus survey their surroundings. Both individuals are partially obscured by some rocks in the foreground. The one on the right is mostly in view, while the one on the left is only visible from the neck up. A rock face fills the background. Mononykus is an alvarezsaurid, a group of bird-like dinosaurs known for having short arms and a large claw on each hand.

Ice Age horses
(from March 2024)
A herd of wild horses gallops across a grassland. Towards the top of the scene, the horses' appearance becomes more reminiscent of the cave paintings from the Lascaux cave and the grass begins to fade away.

The JOJOLands Ch. 18 Cover And here’s chapter 18! This is the next part of the “That Girls’ Bags’ Groove” arc. Volume 4 is now also out so we’ll be working on that as usual. And as usual we need to buy it, scan it, clean it, redo all the redraws, etc. So it’ll take some time, I’ve gotta schedule all this stuff around the rest of my life which has been kind of stressful lately. Meanwhile we’re in the middle of Kokou no Hito volume 5 and Shima volume 10. Those should hopefully get done before too long.
