Lol. They released their 400 page US version of the Cass Review and refused to even name who the authors were. It's a glorified book report.

Anyway, this is out now y'all. I'll be looking it over today.

A deacon convinced nuns from a convent outside Waco to meet the women on Texas’s death row. They went “thinking we were going to minister to these women,” the sisters said, after their first visit. “And oh, my goodness, they ministered to us.”

Hooray for my signs.... but when I put the 2 sided sign on a stick, the poor design of the product allows the sign to spin around. SF is windy af. I may need another sick to mount it on or just remove the stick and leave the metal thing attached because now it's stuck there.

I even went to a protest. I've read about materials and protest signs, and I need to get some materials and start making some. My first protest went extremely well.

Three Republicans broke with their party. I'm being told this was more grand standing than anything, but still, it sucks. I imagine I'm sick because I've been running myself ragged w/ calling many members of congress, writing my governor (who I have lost most any respect for).

I was gonna go phone bank today, but I was sick... because I'd stayed up all last night w/ politics and all this morning watching the House vote for the "SAVE act" that erects barriers to voting for many people groups including my own.
