I wonder if anyone has ever looked into what happens when elected leaders with authoritarian tendencies create massive law enforcement divisions accountable only to them that are comparably funded to the military but specifically designed to be used domestically.
I don’t think anyone is prepared for what they just did w/ ICE.
This is not a simple budget increase. It is an explosion - making ICE bigger than the FBI, US Bureau of Prisons, DEA,& others combined.
It is setting up to make what’s happening now look like child’s play. And people are disappearing.

In case it isn’t clear, this is a concentration camp. Please call your reps, tell them to demand complete stoppage of the use of Guantanamo Bay as a Trump’s concentration camp, and use that language so there’s no mistaking what we’re talking about here.
