In Kindergarten, my teacher asked what we’d had for dinner. I raised my hand to say we had vermicelli. The teacher got that tone of voice adults get when they think kids are making things up. 🍝 She’d never heard of it. 🤔

Something that really grates on me as a parent is the constant pissing matches I overhear among my son’s friends. They're always trying to one-up each other and they're only 9. My son is rarely the instigator and struggles with the constant razzing. It’s disappointing and sad.
