Pretty impressive given how JWST design is technically older than a lot of ground based instruments... and given how our whole deal as exoplanet nerds is to get closer to Earth like planets in solar system like config by improving high contrast imaging and hi res spectroscopy.

It's been 2 weeks since #AO4ELT and must say, a very profound experience in terms of meeting new folks, sharing ideas, having lunch with, and obviously some amazing work in the ELT era presented in talks and posters :)

End of the semester meant a lab readiness review- it was the first time I actually spoke and took accountability for work in an observatory review. I truly felt like an instrumentalist (do we use that term for astronomers too, or is it musicians only)? Needless to say, it went fine. Happy Holidays!
