At first glance to the hundreds of executive orders rescinded by Trump 2.0, I assumed it was a petty "if biden did it, then kill it" in addition to the "anti-woke" thing.
There's some deep cuts in there though. Executive Order 11246 was signed by LBJ in 1965.
