4 emails in 48 hours from British SMEs saying they will no longer ship to the EU or Northern Ireland from mid December due to GPSR.
(One upside of a niche hobby is the occasional early warning of SME trends).

The liars, of course, have all moved on to new cons & deceptions. The fishing industry can't. A vaguely honest media would be holding Farage & the rest to account for this instead of promoting a meaningless petition...

Fishermen left feeling 'betrayed' by Brexit
'Brexit was sold to our fishermen as a golden opportunity, yet the truth is that many fishermen have experienced the complete opposite'

“We want to grow the economy” says Government Minister this morning. Again no mention that the OBR report the Gov’t keeps quoting from says Brexit is on course to cut UK trade by 15% - a huge reduction in the country’s potential economic performance at a time when every penny counts
In a significant Intervention Bank of England governor said this week that Brexit has undermined the UK economy. @skynews.com.web.brid.gy didn’t think that was important enough to raise with the Government Minister this morning. I disagree. If you do too share this report

The next step in the UK-EU 'reset' is to shape the agenda for the coming years. With that in mind former Commission senior negotiator Ignacio Garcia-Bercero has an important paper out today on what this could look like in trade.

A trade policy framework for the European Union-United Kingdom reset
A reset in the relationship between the UK and the EU is underway. This paper recommends the main elements of the reset in terms of trade

What the Met Police are saying versus how BBC are reporting. The violence and disorder is, at this stage, almost exclusively from right-wing counter protestors yet the BBC focus is on 'pro-Palestianian' as the main headline. What on earth has happened to the BBC?
