I’ve seen very good Indian 🇮🇳 Cinema, but even those great films were extremely themed around a white gaze.
That’s what turns me off of Indian film, it’s very much panders to White Europeans.
You’ll never see that in Chinese film…EVER, and that’s why Indian film isn’t respected.
