1. This is stolen land. We have no moral right to exclude anyone.

2. "Illegal immigration" is a product of 20th century racism; your forebears came "legally" because there was no such thing as "illegal immigration" then.

3. Open borders are good. Borders are racist and colonial violence.

Her husband told her that detainees at Broadview had to get up at 5am to get in line for one bathroom. He often peed himself. One time he had to wait until 2pm to use the bathroom. You could only use the bathroom once a day. He said the agents would beat you if you used the bathroom on yourself.

There is a huge problem in rural areas where the only “grocery” store for 20-30 miles is a Dollar General or gas station. Try buying only healthy foods at the nearest gas station. This is a complete disregard for the plight of others - a lack of basic understanding on how some live. Zero empathy.

And, of course, people who don’t work shouldn’t have to starve either.

Taxing the heck out of the rich and redistributing to protect non-workers with the understanding that even workers were and will be non-workers throughout their lives is good and we should do it more. I don't want less snap/wic/tanf; I want so much more.

There are many different ways to make an impact. Find yours. However know that shit is not okay. It hasn’t been for a long time , but it’s really bad right now.

We never needed a list. Women came forward and named their abusers. It doesn’t matter to people who don’t believe women in the first place. And these women will never receive justice under this regime.
