The whole point of the chaos of Trump’s cabinet picks is that we get so caught up in the absurdity of it all that we lose sight of the corruption. Trump is appointing people like RFK Jr., Matt Gaetz, and others to reward his loyalists, protect himself, and help his rich friends.

As Trump agents were doing all this, what Elon was publicly promising voters was that only government waste would be cut and that it had nothing to do with him. In actual fact, it appears that the first and primary focus of the effort Elon was helping fund was to scour government for Elon’s critics.
