This is what COPYRIGHT is for not PATENTS. You should not be able to PATENT A CONCEPT because a PATENT needs to cover a PHYSICAL THING.

This is what COPYRIGHT is for not PATENTS. You should not be able to PATENT A CONCEPT because a PATENT needs to cover a PHYSICAL THING.

A few days ago I learned LG is no longer manufacturing desktop BluRay drives. I get it. Not enough buyers. But I have an archive of my collection, and continue to try and wiggle out of streaming services I don't need.

I made my avatar a #clippy because I am tired of losing my ability to own things. Just this year, LG stopped manufacturing desktop Blu Ray drives meaning we are losing the ability to actually archive movies we already own.

I have been working with LLMs in my lab. AI is not sentient. It is an exceptionally fancy if-then-else when it comes to *language prediction*. I have been running smaller models without restrictions in my lab. It is 100% bad quality.

Your body is a temple, my body is a 34 year old diabetic who is already feeling the effects of arthritis. Micro plastics, fats, and years of neglect inhabit this mound of fleshy mass and it's probably a miracle that this body has made it this far. Cut my life into pizza. Get my plastic fork.

A man in Indiana made an AT-AT costume for his horse, intending to only get a few pictures before removing it.
