I really wish there was an Open Source game asset library for things like this rather than having to constantly rework models/rigging but from what I understand they don't exist basically.

A perfect example is maintaining context. It will switch context in a character driven story, confusing elements of one character with another. Even with clear character definitions, prompt refining, etc.
