Real estate should not be an asset class. Get ownership into the hands of direct users for both residential and commercial as much as possible.
There is something that a lot of people seem to leave out when they discuss the housing crisis.

I emailed MLA Guthrie today thanking him for standing up for Albertans. I also emailed my MLA asking them to follow his lead and get distance from this sinking ship and sit independently.

I built a road bike this winter to learn more about the mechanics of them. Pedalled it for the first time last night. I don’t know that I’ve been more satisfied by a ride. There are certainly better bikes but this one is mine.

Where is the conservative outrage for the completely non conservative government. Aside from actively cutting supports to people that need it this government wastes more money than any prob government I’ve seen.
