Thought I'd add some leg exercises to my workout Saturday; and settled on kettlebell squats.
"Sure, I'll just take hold of this 20lb bowling ball with a handle. Seems like a good weight to start, right?"
Wrong. Three days later and I'm still Westley post-miracle pill.
