I know a lot of folks want to point out Schumer sucking (me too) but can I add that when your Whip is deserting and caving, YOU HAVE THE WRONG PERSON HOLDING THE WHIP. That title isn’t just “second oldest.” The job is holding people together. Durbin is maybe worse than Schumer.

Not disagreeing with this, but rather I think the problem is that democrat leaders in DC “need to learn to hate them.” The vitriol towards allies is because those allies don’t recognize this. You can’t redeem them, can’t work with them. We see the issue, the “Tip & Ronnie” types don’t.

- Mississippi flipping GOP state senate seats to break a supermajority is the biggest wow of the night. It wasn’t just NY and blue leaning places. Everywhere is pissed.
- The margins in the GA PSC races will change the entire tone of the GA Gov & Sen races
