Life-drawn portrait of Lorna, a frequent sitter in the '90s who lived nearby, pastel on Ingres paper. I still have this one hanging on the wall and others are in her possession. Unfortunately she is now too far away now to add to the collection.

Here is the 18th century version of the West outsourcing to China. During the Qing Dynasty, European nobles often commissioned these porcelain wares with their family crests. And they all came from the city of Guangzhou.

Even today, this province still makes most of your "made in China" stuff.
