Weeks ago, the ADL insisted that #Musk 's "awkward" gesture, despite its striking resemblance to a #Nazi salute, was "not a Nazi salute."

Wonder if this is another "delicate moment" & whether #SteveBannon, who seemingly ended his #CPAC speech with a Nazi salute, will be granted the same leniency.

A 67 year old amputee and wheelchair user lived with his son who had cerebral palsy.

They were killed in the Eaton fire while waiting for an ambulance that never arrived.

Many disabled people can not evacuate on their own. They need to be included in evacuation plans (yet almost never are)

The Supreme Court agreed on Friday to decide whether Wisconsin was free to deny a tax exemption to a Catholic charity on the grounds that its activities were not primarily religious.

ICYMI: @AttorneyCrump and Mark Krudys has sent a letter urging the DOJ to open a criminal investigation into the death of Irvo Otieno.

Otieno died in police custody after prosecutors say he was held down by 7 Henrico County, Virginia, sheriff's deputies and 3 hospital employees.
