My grandmother talked in her sleep.
I got the gene. I wake myself up talking, laughing…but I also am known to be a sleepwalker.
I also have, several times, punched people asleep next to me, so at family gatherings they always make me sleep alone on a sofa.

I woke myself up in the middle of the night last night by talking to my characters. I was directing them like we were making a movie. Stand here. Say this. Add more emotion to that.
