They weren't terrorists. They weren't cartel members. They had no fentanyl. And they weren't coming here.

They were transporting cocaine. To Trinidad.

Most importantly, they were human beings.

And they were murdered.

By the government of the United States of America.

We bought our house this year and have been in the attic twice. Tonight, my husband tells me he went into the attic the other day and there was an empty can of green beans just sitting there.

It pisses me off that NBC Nightly News showed actual footage from this presser and neglected to mention the guy from Novo Nordisk keeled over seconds later. And there was no mention of this now-iconic photo. Just, yay, cheaper weight loss drugs. No visuals of the sociopath sociopathing.
When you're a sociopath and get angry that someone else's medical emergency, just four feet away, drew focus from your gloating and you forget which lie you were on.

I always find it interesting how the story changes when a lawyer gets to court. They can say anything they want outside of court without accountability but the rules are vastly different in court where you can get seriously penalized for lying.

When people talk about the excesses of MeToo, they have to lie, because the reality is that there was no massive social reckoning forcing people to believe survivors or hold perpetrators accountable. In fact, there has been a significant backsliding and new punishments in rejection of MeToo
