WHEN YOU INHALE DEEPLY, FILLING YOUR BELLY, imagine pieces of YOUR white light in that event, pulling away from that event and flying back towards you.

WHEN YOU EXHALE COMPLETELY, FLATTENING YOUR BELLY, feel those pieces of white light merging into your white light egg.

Imagine a big egg of white light surrounding you on all sides, above and below.

THIRD, speak OUT LOUD as a declaration:

"I call all of my energies back to me.

I release all ties to past events

I release all fears of past events

I embrace my energies back into my aura

I welcome myself home to myself."

FIRST, find yourself a nice, quiet area where you won't be disturbed for 45 minutes.

SECOND, close your eyes, breathe deep, and place your right hand on your belly right below your belly button, and your left hand on top of your right hand.

It's fairly harmful the longer that we don't call our energy back to us...

As a witch some years ago in my mid-20s, I figured out that we leave "pieces" of ourselves.... at significant places, at events that overexcite us, with people we adore and with people we lose

In modern shamanism this loss of "pieces" of us is called "soul loss."

Why are we doing this deep breath?:

We are cleansing and clearing our third eye chakra. You receive and project thoughts from this place on your body. Much of the self-blame that you received entered through this chakra point. 6/

Imagine that with each deep breath, you clear away the energy at that place at the center of your forehead.

Practice this exercise once in the morning, once in the afternoon if you are stressed only, and once in the evening after dinner but an hour before bed. 🧵 5/

Place your palms face up on your lap

Close your eyes and imagine the place at the center of your forehead, just above the level of your eyes.
