This Black History Month remember human trafficking was legal. Slavery was legal. Jim Crow was legal. US Govt paying reparations to white enslavers but not to the enslaved was legal. Prison slavery still IS legal.

So here’s the good news, while yes, we are descending into fascism, and that is utterly horrifying, it is a fascism that is dependent on the weakest, whiniest 4chan trolls on planet earth, and that is going to become a real logistical issue.

Let’s be clear. Trump did not repel the EEOC. An executive order cannot repeal legislation.
Trump revoked President Johnson’s Executive Order 11246, which protected affirmative action for federal contractors.
Trump’s EO does not impact Title VII or laws enforced by the EEOC.
