Once again, I’ll repeat: abusing quo warranto to fashion a compliant legislative body subservient to the executive branch’s ambitions is fundamentally anti-democratic and anathema to the Anglo-American constitutional tradition. What Texas officials are trying to do would’ve made the Founders recoil.

DJT is literally the worst example of humanity. He’s so dumb. I literally toured a school in Boyle Heights, just a couple miles away from downtown, and never once felt unsafe and there’s certainly no truth to this “completely obliterated” BS. The scary part is all the sheep who believe (t)his BS!

I watch and listen to the TN general assembly every day as I work—great background noise while working. Gotta say I definitely teared up hearing this one today—I’m glad people like Shaundelle stand up to work for change, even amidst an often uncaring and hurtful TN GOP supermajority.
