The Trump administration is planning on chipping away at Congressionally legislated whistleblower protections by updating its policy on accountability, which would “exclude senior employees from legal protections that prohibit U.S. government agencies from retaliating against whistleblowers.”

Another wrinkle: the foreperson told the magistrate the grand jury voted on the 2nd indictment.

We now know they didn’t.

The foreperson was probably just confused.

But it does raise a question — would the magistrate have accepted the indictment if she’d known the truth?

This is what I’m talking about.

The magistrate was handed the original 3-count indictment along w/ report stating that 12+ jurors failed to concur “in finding an indictment in this case.”

Nothing indicated that the no bill was only Count 1. The foreperson added notation at magistrate direction.

Nazis needed a coalition of parties to pass the Enabling Act because they had been unable to win a supermajority in March on their own; major miscalculation on the part of the Center Party and the German National People's Party, both of which were shut down. 2/

In addition to Smith's dissent, in the Texas redistricting case, Texas filed a motion for a stay pending appeal today at the district court (presumably the step before, after that is denied, they seek a stay from SCOTUS).

Sorry
It makes zero sense how long Rudy took.
It also made zero sense how much leeway and time the judge gave him against Ruby.
