The last day of elementary school before Christmas break in the ’80s was magical. Free day for students—a classroom Christmas party with pizza, soda, and gift exchanges. The gifts were usually low-budget. It wasn’t the gifts we remember. It was the Christmas experience of the ’80s for Gen X kids.

The whole Toto on a leash thing never came up on #WickedForGood. I remember people bitching about it online. Anyway, the movie was okay. The first one was stronger. I mean, after Defying Gravity, the songs that followed in For Good were never as strong. But that’s just me.
