Every day, another woman logs onto TikTok or some other app to tell strangers that her husband/boyfriend doesn't do the dishes, doesn't remember her allergies, doesn't care for his kids, doesn't know her birthday, etc. So yes, having a man is embarrassing. Nowhere near a controversial take.

They panic about fertility rates, say families need to be having more children, then they starve the kids and ensure health insurance is impossible to afford. Plus all the other things that would dissuade people from having kids: houses impossible to buy, diminishing middle class, ICE everywhere.
