On the 6pm CBC news tonight, they led with a story on #influenza.
The worst part? They featured an actress in a stage production who has been performing with the flu.
No mitigations. No clean air. No masking. She was fine spreading flu to her coworkers and the audience.

So, uh, it certainly looks like DOJ intended to file a letter to Judge Liman in MTA v. Duffy, but….it accidentally filed a letter containing its legal advice to the Department of Transportation instead

One amazing thing abt the rageposting about funding is virtually everyone misstates what happened in March.
1) Jeffries led near-unanimous opposition to CR (Jared Golden was exception).
2) 9 Dems voted to stop filibuster, but only 2 (Shaheen and King) actually voted for CR.
