i am deeply concerned that we'll be heading into an oscar season where the quaint, pedestrian shakespeare-fellating movie wins out over the more creative and more rewarding cinematic experiences. not that hamnet is bad, i've just seen this film before, in multiple senses

watched this movie for the first time this earlier year and it blew me away. and thank you. it sure feels like something.

I’ve read the script for the one they were gonna do in the early 90s with him and uheheheh…it kinda sucks
