Trump has reportedly been in conversation with Paramount and his billionaire ally Larry Ellison about a potential takeover of CNN that would include firing journalists he dislikes.

Billionaire control of the media is a danger to us all.

SEDITIOUS BEHAVIOR, punishable by DEATH!

I am definitely not saying that Trump should hang for J6. My first paragraph is simply defining the crime of sedition, as Mike Johnson would surely attest if he read this.
The Trump administration has declared that swastikas and nooses are no longer classified as hate symbols.

Eighty years ago today, the Nuremberg trials began.

Leaders of Nazi Germany were held criminally accountable for invading other countries, committing crimes against civilians and POWs, and carrying out the mass murder in extermination camps.

Of the 24 defendants, twelve were sentenced to death.

This administration is so far beyond Watergate-level illegality that I’d be surprised if fewer than 10% of its members had done stuff punishable by death penalty under current law.
Nixon didn’t go to prison over Watergate, but 48 others were convicted and served time for the scandal - notably, his Attorney General. Attention, Pam Bondi.

Using a medal to garner favor is much cheaper than a plane of crypto purchases.

From Wikipedia:
By statute, the Grand Order of Mugunghwa is the highest decoration in Korea; however, in the eyes of the public, it is not well regarded. Many Koreans feel that the order has far less significance.

South Korea to award Trump its highest medal, gift him a golden crown
South Korea will welcome U.S. President Donald Trump on Wednesday with a replica gold crown and award him with the "Grand Order of Mugunghwa", the country's highest decoration, the presidential office said.

If anyone makes Reagan look like an enlightened figure from an age past, it's not because Reagan set a high bar, but because of all the excavators at the White House working tirelessly to lower it.

Imagine believing they will not arrest truckloads of non-white voters waiting in line in future elections after seeing J6, talks of a third term, and ICE kidnapping US citizens.

Greed, cowardice, and no regard for the state and structures that made their corporate success possible.

Customers do not wield their ultimate power, while Trump abuses the little power he should have.

Doing the right thing must become the path of least resistance.

Why is Apple, Microsoft, Lockheed Martin, Blackstone, Google, OpenAI, Amazon and others financing the destruction of the WH and desecration of the grounds, something that is infuriating to huge chunk of the American population? Do you hate your customers that much?

Agencies protecting people from fraudsters and scammers are anathema to fraudsters, scammers and their cronies.
These so-called "DEMOCRAT AGENCIES"...

-Ensure our food is safe to eat
-Keep our air and water clean
-Alert us to natural disasters
-Protect us from financial fraud and scammers

Remember what Trump is actually attacking.

Currently experimenting with Claude Code's learning mode and I'm impressed with how good and how fun it is.

Sonnet 4.5 is easily smart enough for the task and this burns so few tokens that you will not run into limits even with the 20$ a month subscription.

It would be pretty sad if this specific flavor of narrow mindedness killed the dream of taking power away from the Zucks and Musks of this world.
The replies on here may not be as racist as Twitter, but they damn sure are hateful.
Talk AI: FU, AI sucks go away
Talk Business: Go away
Talk Healthcare: Crickets.

Engagement went from great convos on many topics, to agree with me or you are a nazi fascist

When "playing in bed" makes you think of Fisher Price and Nintendo.
Behold, per inbox, "the first ever bed design[ed] for non-monogamy": first of all, I'd say all beds work for non-monogamy; second, good god look at it

When examining how dictators in the past amassed power, you often find a period where the end goal was very clear to everyone paying attention, but resistance was still possible.

Stopping Hitler or Stalin then could have saved millions. Wasting that precious chance is a tragedy in itself.

WOW: Thousands are currently protesting in Boston. This is just one of more than 1200 'Hands Off' protests underway today across the nation as people rise up against the Trump-Musk regime. (via Rob Way)

Now is the time for a very strong EU response to the Trump tariffs, with some special attention to US tech companies.

When he inadvertently chickens out or is dragged out of the WH, we can mostly go back to normal, but keep some of those measures in place.
