The thing I find the most annoying about today's realists, is how they cling on to the idea of Russia being a great power that somehow deserves a sphere of influence. The last 3 years have proven the opposite.
By the Realist paradigm, Russia is within the EU sphere of influence, not vice versa.

We are still in the American shadow. Macron, Merz, von der Leyen are stepping out of it, but Starmer, Schoof, Duda, and Rutte are still under it.
With Europe stepping up as much as it is, Trump now has to find some halfway viable reason to demand they back down, too. It's stupid and obvious, but it also just needs to be enough to convince his base that he's not outright selling us all out to Russia.

Two decades together.
With the enlargement of 2004, we became a bigger and stronger political, economic and cultural Union – creating more opportunities for citizens across the EU.
This wasn’t just the birth of a larger Union; it was the birth of a new era.

With the prospect of Reform UK getting millions in donations, I had feared they would spend the money on Cambridge Analytica style disinformation in the form of targets ads on social media. Now I think they're just bribing senior Tories to be shit.

‼️ Zelensky: We all know Putin very well – he is sick warmonger. He began his career with a brutal war against Chechnya and is constantly inciting other wars. He can only be stopped by force, the force of world leaders. We are counting on America and the whole world to stop Putin.

The absolute cheek of the Tories putting this statement out when their current leader admitted an offence which can carry a maximum sentence of five year in prison, and with colleagues who have committed real fraud, resulting in losses of billions to the taxpayer. Absolute cheek of it.

I don't feel sorry for anyone who voted Trump, voted third party, or didn't vote. They all get what they fucking deserve now.
It’s actually so painful. Trump wants to sign an EO that would tariff ALL IMPORTS at 25% from Mexico and Canada because of “muh migrants with drugs.” Trump supporters are about to have a terrible wake-up call.
