As a tip when learning 3D and you're not 100% confident in the workflow: Do small tests where you *only* focus on one part of the workflow. This could be baking from a very simple object, retopoing a simple shape, etc.
Knowing the workflow by heart will help you a ton

It's only been 3 days at my new job, and I'm genuinely enjoying it so far. I admit I was pretty scared, and I still kinda am a lil intimidated, but the kids have been so sweet and welcoming to me.
The staff is also so sweet, and the admin actually listens to their team's feedback.
