For games, whats the correct way to smooth the normals for a character? Currently Im using Soften Edges in Maya. Do you do a uniform soften based on the angle or do different areas get a custom angle?

You know how marketing for movies are lying or severely undermining the work of VFX companies? It's because the audience likes when things are 'real'. Imagine a movie being made with AI - the backlash would be 100x more intense than this.
