To everyone in a similar scenario: the tactic my doctor's office has taught me is to ask, in writing, for:
1) the name, board specialty, and license number of the doctor making the determination the treatment was not medically necessary;

I think these are people brainpilled by the idea that if we all just sat down and talked about things, all the toxicity would go away and everyone would be reasonable, and that having social media fulfill this function is a critical social need.
