When your neighbor needs help, you help them. When that neighbor's neighbor needs help, you still help them. When that neighbor's neighbor's neighbor needs help, you'd best believe you help them too. That's community.

Steven “Galo” (18) and Marvin “Montana” (15), two teenagers, need the help of our community. Yesterday, masked agents intercepted them and then these teenagers sustained injuries. I just spoke to the family, and they need help with medical and legal expenses.

It’s not normal to have armored vehicles and federal agents carrying assault weapons on Lake Street. The defensiveness of the Mayor failed to acknowledge the harm that our community experienced. I had to speak up here when those on top failed to do so.

There were multiple sitting Cabinet Secretaries sharing classified war plans in a GROUP CHAT. They knew better.

Among the material devastation to everyday people, Senate Dems have now blown a hole in their ability to work with the House.

We had an agreed upon plan, House took immense risk, then Senate turned around midway and destroyed it w/ a fear-based, inexplicable abdication.

They own what happens next.

Donald Trump’s cuts to Medicaid will blow a massive hole in our state budget and leave thousands without care.

There’s a storm coming from Washington. Republicans and Democrats should work together to protect our state from Trump.

Defend our people, not the President.

I keep hearing Republicans claim their budget doesn't cut Medicaid.

We all know that's a lie — so I asked the nonpartisan CBO to look into it.

Their analysis confirms it: the Republican budget delivers the largest Medicaid cuts in history to pay for giveaways to billionaires.
BREAKING: The nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office just confirmed Republicans who say their budget doesn't cut Medicaid are lying.

Their budget *requires* the largest Medicaid cuts in American history - all while delivering a $4.5 TRILLION giveaway to billionaire donors.

so anyway it's clear that most Congressional Democrats do not understand the gravity of our national crisis because it was this easy for some guy in Tampa to predict exactly what was going to happen
so now we're gonna have democrats sitting there getting shat on and doing nothing about it while the handful of them who do cause a disruption will look like kooks and it will reinforce the idea that opposing trump is a fringe, not default, position

hell they could all just yell en masse & not stop
