This @zohrankmamdani.bsky.social video is absolutely INCREDIBLE. The numbers he cites, the strategy and results they produced — it’s the future. When have you heard *any* campaign talk about this, ever? (Video split in 2 to fit in Bluesky’s limits)

This is not a serious magazine, they serve as a mouthpiece for the establishment
“In today’s climate, a military parade could offer an opportunity to counter misperceptions about the armed forces. It could bring Americans closer to service members and juice military recruitment—all of which is sorely needed,” @kschake.bsky.social writes:

For libs still insisting that Dem electoral failures are purely because voters are racist & not because Dems suck, I have questions:

Why did 200+ counties that voted for Obama twice then vote for Trump?

Why did Trump increase his support among people of color?
How Trump won one-fifth of Black men and nearly half of Latino men
Hint: It’s in part thanks to Democrats’ messaging issues.

This reads like a passage from Heart of Darkness, which I enjoyed reading, I just wish it was in high school or college as opposed to junior high so I would remember it better. She makes excellent points
Ultimately it comes down to courage. Being brave enough to stare squarely at the horrors of Gaza. To face the harsh reality that we are ruled by monsters and our civilization is diseased. To bring our own inner darkness into the light of consciousness.

This is accurate, a lot of them are in southern MN, including where I live, many of these people are disillusioned by the 2-party system and the failure of neoliberal economics, and many of them bore the cost of losing loved ones to forever wars
More than 200 counties voted for Obama twice and then voted for Trump, who has since increased his margins among working class people of color — and yet liberals somehow still argue that Dems lose elections mostly because of racism, not because they suck. ballotpedia.org/Pivot_Counti...

I’m tough on Walz at times, because I want him to be the best he can be (for example, he didn’t call Mayo’s bluff a couple years ago and he stepped in to sort of protect Uber and Lyft), but objectively, he’s a top 5 governor in this country at the moment
In addition to taking a swipe at Susan Collins, Tim Walz laid out a roadmap for Dems to regain control by...

...running on a bold set of policies:

So much truth to this
You simply cannot give Israel sympathy. For anything. Ever. No matter what happens. Israel uses any sympathy it's given as a weapon to justify murdering people. If someone uses something as a weapon to hurt people, it's immoral to keep handing them weapons. You must disarm them.
