I live in Berlin, where Chinese mustard does not come with your Chinese restaurant order. But I grew up in NYC. And now I am craving a little plastic packet of Chinese mustard in a way I cannot even describe.

Yeah almost 6 years outside infection free now, respirator masked everywhere outside our home. I think the studies about how well one-way masking works were affected by people who weren't masking as effectively as the covid cautious are - well-sealed, N95/FFP2 or better offer a lot of protection.

Ah, I am so interested in this nasal flu dose. Is it available here in Germany, for adults? (yes, I will ask google, but my experience shows that the best information is on here!) I get flu vax every year, mostly to bolster Covid immunity on top of my Novavax, as I am never unmasked outside home.

Same! All these layers of protection mean I have not had a cold or flu or Covid or RSV or any infection transmitted from another person since Feb 28, 2020. I also haven't had a sinus infection, and that makes me think my chronic sinus problems were triggered by colds.

So I just realized Gonz has *back* thumpers and *front* slappers, right? This aspect of Gonz terminology had escaped me, and it is clarifying. Yesterday I told hub that "Ellie put her foot in my mouth" and he asked, "Her foot-hand-thing or her back-foot-thing?"; we may need clarity in our house.
