I spent half the day today wondering what was wrong with my right eye only to discover at lunch time that I’d somehow managed to put 2 contacts in the same eye. I’ve had a migraine since last night and was relieved that I didn’t have to find a new neurologist for a new migraine symptom.

Update on this guy: he was successfully released on Friday! He was very lucky to have no permanent injuries from the fishing line.
I sacrificed my lunch break today to drive this injured red-shouldered hawk to a raptor rescue/rehab. He was brought in to my job tangled up in fishing line and very stressed out. The rescue thinks he has a good chance of making it! #nature #hawk #birdofprey #florida #floridawildlife #wildlife
