update: I never heard from him again
A couple months ago a guy I went to high school with messaged me and was like “hey I’m gonna be in the UK in September, it would be great to catch up!” But he never told me when or where he’d be. So all month I’ve been walking around like…is it here? Is he here now?

went to go see “black sabbath: the ballet” last night and enjoyed it for thoughtful reasons like how they connected metal & classical music, combined art forms, etc. but also I like whenever ballet dancers are forced to do styles that are about being crazy and imprecise because they do Not like it

Was hanging with my friend’s child who was pushing this lil puppet in & out of a container & I went “yeah get it in there” & he started saying “get it in there” to himself so when I gave him back to my friend I had to be like “hey I might have accidentally taught him something that’s gonna haunt us”

I am DEEP in a Springsteen hole currently and can say with total authority that the best bit of “Born to Run” is during “Tenth Avenue Freeze-Out” when Bruce says ‘and then Big Man joined the band’ and Clarence Clemons does a lil riff to let you know that he’s Big Man and he joined the band
A weird thing about consistently being read as male is that now when I accidentally make eye contact with a man he gives me a lil nod and I have no idea what I’m supposed to do with that

ChatGPT is probably the biggest honey pot of willingly-turned over highly confidential information that has ever been created in human history.
also, so many of these people are just taking company confidential, proprietary data and dumping it into public iterations of ChatGPT, which is so incredibly problematic on so many levels. Even on our internal approved tools I have to tell people to turn them off when discussing certain legal stuff!
