A sadly neglected final girl: Lex Woods from ALIEN VS PREDATOR. Whatever you think of the film (and it’s pretty silly in parts), she’s the smartest, toughest character by far, and a true survivor. Only one other character gets to see that but, considering who it was, I think for her it's enough.
