Recall that this court order yesterday should have halted prisoner flights from landing in El Salvador as of the moment it was entered. It appears that order was not followed.

All eyes are on how DOJ will explain this failure to comply and what the judge will do.

This is not heartening. it's just further proof of Merrick Garland's incompetence. He could have prosecuted Trump in 2021 or 2022. By dragging his feet, he helped bring us here. To hell.
