We spent hours one evening searching for Felix, the next morning he emerged from our neighbour’s garage. I was beside myself all night and so relieved to see him the following morning. He had sneaked in and the neighbour hadn’t seen him but he could hear him the next morning.

The US provides the most advanced case of what that can lead to. It is worth remembering that Farage could not even bring himself to criticise Trump's comments on paracetamol. I strongly urge everyone *not* to assume that this type of escalation cannot happen here - it already is in some areas.
