How sad am I, sat in my garden on this lovely, gentle Spring afternoon reading but can’t resist checking where the planes are off to. With the beautiful blue sky they are so easy to see and my grandchildren have started this as they love to know where the planes are going to.

I forgot to post this earlier and I think this will be the last of this season’s roses. Have a wonderful weekend everyone.

I keep thing the roses have finished, but here they are still bringing a little bit of cheer to a dull November day.

Saw these yesterday and hopefully you can get a friend to bring some across. I get people to bring Agrumance tea back from Italy for me.

Bridlington was the place we went to for our holidays in the 1960s and it was lovely but I’ve not been for years and if I did I think I would be quite sad. I’ve added a picture of me in Brid and it must be the early 60s.

Today the sun is out, the rain has stopped and given everything that’s going on in the world I’m going to have a day tidying the garden before winter. The garden is my happy place. Have a peaceful day everyone.

Felix is a fan of my sewing machine carrier and he enjoys helping out with the cutting out!
