Bread bakers will understand and now, so do I. I am making milk bread and the dough is supposed be kneaded into “window pane” consistency. I succeeded with help from my kitchen aid mixer. It didn’t happen in one day. I was persistent in my learning. Isn’t that obnoxious?

Gymsight: I haven’t been able to breathe properly since Nov 6. I sometimes feel as if my stomach has collapsed and is stuck against my spine. I came to the gym and couldn’t last more than 20mn of CV. Today I got in 30mn and began breathing with the rhythm. What a relief.
