Having been born and raised in captivity, Poon Sab had never walked freely through a forest.
She showed signs of visible confusion and at times was clearly nervous of being
surrounded by open space. It took her a while to adjust but she is now a fully fledged, life loving & empowered Elephant!! ❤️

Pleased to hear @Ofcom is consulting on reducing the time it takes to escalate issues to an Ombudsman from 8 to 6 weeks. This is something MSE recommended in our 'Ombudsman Sharper teeth' report img.cdndtl.co.uk/x1xkqhj4w3lh... great to see a move. Hope others follow suit.
