Something I'm finding quite effective on my ADHD is this post-it on my desktop. "Today's Mission". I just add one task that I would like to get done today. If I do that task, I'll erase it and add something else which can either be done today or tomorrow. Really helps stop the overwhelm from lists.

I wonder if I could raise money for endometriosis research... Australia is finally starting to take it seriously, and I have a rather vested interest considering endo tried to actually kill me.

I wonder if anyone else noticed - Turo (and Sada) appropriately have no breathing animation (though their lab coat and hair moves plenty). Tacked on a bit of Clavell at the end for comparison, who clearly breathes.
