Haven't seen Creature Commandos yet but I like how so far both Superman and Peacemaker Season 2 feel relevant to Gunn's DCU.
There's no hierarchy feeling or feeling like the world revolves around a movie character like you kinda got with the 2010s MCU and their TV shows.

Haven't seen Creature Commandos yet but I like how so far both Superman and Peacemaker Season 2 feel relevant to Gunn's DCU.
There's no hierarchy feeling or feeling like the world revolves around a movie character like you kinda got with the 2010s MCU and their TV shows.

Even if that’s the case, that doesn’t mean you give up on outrage and let things go and tolerate any and every new sordid revelation with a shrug.
My most doomerist take is that Trump will never be held accountable for anything: the Epstein stuff, the people he killed by mishandling COVID, his attacks on democracy, none of it. He'll die rich and comfortable in his own bed or a gold-plated hospital room, and I just need to make my peace with it
