Chinese immigrant Chaofeng Ge was found dead in an ICE facility this August. His death was ruled a suicide, but he was found with his hands and feet bound. After their requests for more info went unanswered, Ge's family is now filing a lawsuit to expose the unjust conditions he faced in ICE custody.
