Under Kristi Noem's leadership, DHS and ICE operations have become deadly. At least 32 immigrants died in ICE custody in 2025, yet Noem continues to allow ICE to operate with impunity.

Today, we join @votolatino.bsky.social and other organizations nationwide to urge Congress to #ImpeachNoemNow 🧵⬇

UPDATE: The U.S. Senate just voted NO on a bill that would've given ICE and DHS $370 million in new funding — a clear response to the public outcry against ICE's terror campaign in Minnesota.

This is a step in the right direction, but the fight is not over yet.
The Senate will soon vote on a bill that would give ICE and DHS millions in extra funding, on top of the billions they got last year. As Trump ramps up attacks on immigrants and allies in Minnesota and beyond, we can't let ICE get more of our taxpayer dollars.

Japanese Americans who lived through WW2 like George Takei know firsthand what it's like to be targeted based on your ethnicity + wrongfully imprisoned by the Govt.

It was unacceptable then, and it’s unacceptable now. We refuse to have our taxes be used to repeat this dark chapter of U.S. history 🧵

The Trump regime’s anti-immigrant agenda is so hateful that it’s hurting people of all ages — even children - regardless of immigration status or citizenship.

From schools to soccer fields, hate should have no place in our communities.
