I'm not a religious man, but I think about the 109th psalm a lot.

When he is tried, let him be found guilty,
and may his prayer be regarded as sin.
May his days be few;
may another take his position.

It violated informed consent. It violated ethical obligations to provide care to participants. It was stupid and cruel. Stupidity and cruelty seem to be the Republican administration's primary guiding principles.
Trump admin axed 383 active clinical trials, dumping over 74K participants
It’s a “violation of foundational ethical principles of human participant research.”…

I went to a #nokings protest today. I'm glad to see them. Every protester implies five at home, not quite pissed off enough (YET) to take a day off to protest. The speaker reminded me to write our reps and tell them to fight - do not capitulate. They listen. Especially when 2-3% are are protesting

Roger Ailes (May 15, 1940 – May 18, 2017) was the founding CEO of Fox News. Ailes was a media consultant for Republican presidents Richard Nixon, Ronald Reagan. It has never really been *news.* It was always a political project to help prevent accountability for Republicans.

Federal aid is the bridge to a degree, a career, and a shot at a better life. That’s why AFT and AAUP are launching a national campaign to fight for the future of higher education.

You probably failed at "building bridges" if millions of people think that your life's work was destructive and terrible and if your supporters have to threaten people to keep them quiet about said legacy.

I've been thinking about Hank Green's video a month ago about RFK jr. (www.youtube.com/watch?v=QTXF...). I think Hank looks at *argument* from a different perspective than RFK. For Hank, knowledge is an asset in a debate. For RFK, ignorance is the asset. It's not perjury if you might believe it.
