Can Peterborough instead of speed cameras do a speed lotto?
ie. If you're caught on camera going at or under the posted speed, you get entered in a weekly lotto for $1000? License plates could be announced on the radio and the city website.

If AI companies can claim to have unlimited access to copywritten works to redistribute the contents, I see no reason why the same logic shouldn't apply to libraries.

Fast forward to 2025 and we cant get a decent messaging app that doesn't occupy 100% of your 4k monitor without looking like shit.
